Taiwan-based ET-News reported that Taiwan police are investigating three cross-border prostitution rings, one of which operates within Taiwan. Several Taiwan female celebrities and models are being accused of being involved with the prostitution ring, with the help of their agents working through this group to set up meeting with clients at five-star hotels.
An unnamed official with a Taiwan investigative agency revealed that the group claimed working with Asian supermodels and famous entertainers, charging from 20 thousand to 300 thousand Taiwan dollars. A female star surnamed Hsiao is being investigated and was reported to have charged 300 thousand Taiwan dollars for sex.
The stars and models involved in the case are expected to be summoned for a hearing after the Spring Festival.
