IMAGINE lying drunk and unconscious in the street. A woman comes along and tries to wake you, but you don't respond. So, she finds your phone and calls your brother to pick you up. The next day, you learn that K-pop singer Lee Hyo Lee, 27, was your rescuer. What do you do?
What an architect did was to write to The Chosun Ilbo last week and thank the singer for helping him. He marvelled at her courage in taking a risk to help a stranger. 'I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to her. I hope she'll always be kind and that she becomes the greatest star in showbiz,' he wrote. Apparently, Hyo Lee often performs kind acts but asks her pals to keep it out of the media as she doesn't want to be accused of pulling a publicity stunt.
